The apartment is located on a second floor completely exterior overlooking a historic area of the city.

The space
The house is located, without a doubt, in one of the best areas of the city of Seville. It is located in the heart of the city, so you can walk to all places of interest. You will be provided if you wish information about them.
The property is located in Feria street, one of the most commercial streets of the city, surrounded by stores and bars/restaurants. It is only a 2 minute walk from the "mushrooms" or Metrosol Parasol, the largest wooden structure in the world. It is also less than 15 minutes walk from other places of interest such as the Giralda, the Cathedral, the Alcazar or the Torre del Oro.
At Easter it is one of the best apartments in the city. For its outdoor balcony processions pass every day, so from the balcony you can see every day brotherhoods such as La Macarena, La Amargura or Montesión. It is a second floor, so you can see from the house front by front the imposing figures of the Holy Week. You will also be given information about it.
From the Feria de Abril is about 30 minutes walk, this being a very pleasant walk. Although if you prefer you can take buses very close to the apartment.
Also just below the house there is a supermarket open every day of the year and countless bars/restaurants where you can taste the typical Sevillian food.
